  • Advance Care Planning

    Working with you or your loved ones to plan for life limiting illness and end of life

  • Support

    Assisting with the navigation of day to day challenges present in the time leading up to death and after death

  • Advocacy

    Being present and providing advocacy for the wishes of the dying person with family, friends, health care professionals, funeral homes, and religious leaders

  • Companionship

    Spending time with the dying person and their family holding space for the many emotions and conversations, both heavy and light

  • Ritual Planning

    Providing assistance with planning funerals, celebrations of life, and living funerals

  • Vigil

    Planning and enacting a vigil (the process of friends and family being present during death)
